To obtain warranty service you must provide:
A) A copy of your proof of purchase
B) Your name
C) Your address
D) The model and serial number of the product
E) A description of the problem

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Imation’s consumer support department. No returns are accepted without a RMA number.
