A. Remove the case, Make sure the iPod is properly inserted on the docking
station Make sure you are using the proper universal dock for your iPod
or iPhone

A. Make sure the AC cord if properly connected to the unit and to the
power outlet.
Q. No buttons work
A. Disconnect the unit from the power outlet and reconnect it
